U lost my business, so thanks corwin for the new car. I wouldnt have needed it if mine hadn't be wreck by Ford and because Luther sent me out on the road twice with a malfunctioning car and I almost go I wouldnt have needed it if mine hadn't be wreck by Ford and because Luther sent me out on the road twice with a malfunctioning car and I almost got in an accident each time. I was told it was fine but it wasn't. Had no car all summer and in the end u pretty much created a junker in ur lot for 5 months. I won't buy Ford again thank for nothing. Also I'm pretty sure it's cuz ur recall repair in the same area was garbage so I honestly don't know why I had to fork out any money to just completely lose my car. 0 confidence in ur dealer, techs, and Ford as a whole. Your need to be held accountable for trash services. More

I appreciate being able to be seen quick when an issue comes up. Example my speakers went out somehow and a buzzing noise filled my pickup. I drove there and they had someone come out to get that to sto comes up. Example my speakers went out somehow and a buzzing noise filled my pickup. I drove there and they had someone come out to get that to stop asap. Even though I’m still dealing with no speaker, I at least don’t have the buzzing noise. Appointment tomorrow, wish me luck! More
