Smooth transaction and enjoyable! I am loving my 19 Pilot Touring. Originally, I didn't make an appointment with Temi due to my circumstance with my little family. When my husband and I am loving my 19 Pilot Touring. Originally, I didn't make an appointment with Temi due to my circumstance with my little family. When my husband and I showed up, Temi seemed a little flustered due to the fact that he was busy and we came in without notice. I can't remember what his response was but I remember raising my brow a bit when he made a statement about me not making an appointment. Despite his brow raising comment, he seemed to adapt well to our surprise visit. Temi collaborated with another male partner with the same of Tyler. Tyler was outstanding! This partnership made my purchase smooth. We finalized our paperwork on Saturday. On Monday at 5pm when I spoke with Temi, he said it would be ready for pick up at 6p. It was not ready by 6p. 6:20 and the car was still being finished up on with the software update. Not sure what "ready for pickup" Honda defines but it was certainly not ready for pick up at 6p as relayed to me by Temi- that was exasperating since I expected it be ready at 6p. I waited patiently and finalized everything and left at 7:20p. Overall, my experience was Temi alone was nice despite that one statement. Aside from that, I recommend that if you want to go through Temi, make an appointment. Both Temi and Tyler were helpful and professional. Temi went above and beyond to make this experience enjoyable. Temi even involved Ardell the GM about the poor and unprofessional service provided by Michael Nordick the finance manager. Overall, Temi is a great sales person to work with and would recommend him. Jake was very friendly and helpful. Jake went out of his way to take us both on a test drive. It was really helpful to have him go with us so he could show us the features of the car.
