This was the first car I ever purchased and he went out of his way to explain to me how everything works to make sure I was understandi and friendly. Whole experience was a total joke. First car buying experience and the vehicle we were looking at was $1200 ABOVE market value and the most they could do was $200 off. Additionally they offered $3000 BELOW market value on trade in. Felt like Glenn didn’t take us as serious buyers and trying to take advantage of us due to age and inexperience.
