I was given an estimated completion time of an hour, and service actually was completed in that time frame! I even got a text message notifying me that it was done. The waiting room is so nice (cookies, muffins, various coffee, tea, wifi, TV, kids play area, etc) that I sat an extra 20 minutes there after my car was ready to go so I could finish my magazine article and cup of tea.
