The quick review: Temi better still be at Luther Hopkins 10 or so years from now because we will be repeat customers. My partner and I are not frequent car shoppers/buyers. The last vehicle we purchased was 10 or so years from now because we will be repeat customers. My partner and I are not frequent car shoppers/buyers. The last vehicle we purchased was a 2011 CR-V (and that isn't even the one we were looking to replace.) The long review: We were connect with Temi via the Costco vehicle program. We actually met with him twice - once in January when we were just exploring options. Remember - we don't buy cars often so A LOT has changed since 2011. Temi spent as much time as we needed and worked out several (and I mean sev-er-al) options for us due to our indecisiveness. Never once did we feel rushed or pressured to make a decision, even though it was clear he had more customers to work with during our visit. And - on top of that, even though he was working with multiple customers, it still felt like we were his primary focus. We didn't end up purchasing anything that January. I greatly appreciated the space to think and weigh options. We were never bombarded with after visit phone calls and emails but had an open door to connect with him as WE felt necessary (which I feel is unheard of in this industry considering some other dealerships we checked out over the next couple of months.) Fast forward 3 months - we'd explored options and decided to connect with Temi again. Like before, he provided us with information and gave us time and space to make an informed decision. Temi and Edward made sure once my partner and I were certain of our choice that it could happen and satisfy all parties involved. Temi is great at his job and more-so, you can see that he loves his job AND his customers. (Thanks again Temi!) More
