Negotiations were painless and professional, no cheesy “Well, my manager says this is the best we can do.” The paperwork was likewise painless (though we were not financing, which streamlines things tremendously). James has a very friendly, easy going personality that really made the whole purchase process enjoyable. There were no hidden agendas, just pure honesty. In todays day and age it was very refreshing and quite honestly it was James customer service that cinched the deal for us.
