I'm a long time fan of this dealer's service department. My last service visit was very disappointing. The service advisor didn't inform me of the current state of getting replacement parts and how it could My last service visit was very disappointing. The shuddle driver who drove me home while my car was being serviced provided better information than the service advisor did. More
