Great waiting area and friendly staff. I did wait about 4 hours to get into the finance office, and didn’t get any type of compensation or formal apology. I think I got a fair deal. Not too much pressure like some other dealers. Waited 2 hours to check out. I was told I would receive an additional $500 off, but it was turned down when I came in to close th some other dealers. Waited 2 hours to check out.
