The dealership was efficient and friendly, but before the process was over, we had some serious disappointments. We were told that we could get Sirius XM radio in our new Ridgeline, but then it was not avail process was over, we had some serious disappointments. We were told that we could get Sirius XM radio in our new Ridgeline, but then it was not available. We had a tonneau cover installed, and it needed to be refitted. None of the glass had been cleaned, so we are struggling to get that done. But we like the vehicle, nonetheless. More
