Luther St. Cloud Honda

Stellar service, from the service desk and the repair shop! I started working with Stacy Shegrud about six months ago. She educated me on the work that was needed on my Honda Ridgeline. When I arrived at Luth I started working with Stacy Shegrud about six months ago. She educated me on the work that was needed on my Honda Ridgeline. When I arrived at Luther Honda St Cloud, Stacy assisted me with checking in, and invited me to relax in their very inviting waiting area. Sadly, things took a wrong turn when the mechanics discovered that they had received the wrong part. Stacy delivered the news with equal parts of apology and solution options. My truck was dismantled, so driving home and coming back the next day was not an option. As the weather was going to turn snowy over the next two days, I wasn't comfortable driving the very nice loaner she offered me. I was embarrassed, but Stacy assured me that she understood. She arranged for someone to drive me home, and for the delivery of my vehicle the next day. My driver was Josh Reinke. A very pleasant man, who clearly enjoys his work with Honda. He reassured me that everything would be taken care of the next day, and I would have my truck back by the afternoon. True to his word, Josh and my truck arrived at 3 PM the next day. He reviewed the work that was performed, and that Stacy had been out to the truck to double check that all was in order before it left the shop. I can't imagine that there is anything more that Stacy, Josh, or Honda could do to make my experience better. I was treated with respect, and I am confident of the workmanship of the repair. While no one wants the expense of repairing their vehicle, I feel that Honda's fee was more than fair. Thank you to the whole team at Luther Honda St Cloud. Happy Holidays, Caryn P.S. Great sales staff My salesman was great and made things easy.
