I had so many things going on, so I ran onto Honda to have it checked. James came right out and started checking my tires. I had evidently driven over an allen wrench, of all things, and it was stuck in my tire. I told James I needed it fixed, but it was just such a tightly scheduled day. He kindly pushed to get it done asap, and I was back to the office in 25 min with a fixed tire and vehicle inspection under my belt. Thank you to James for the personalized attention! More
