Used purcahse Process was okay. Purchased a bunch of extras and were told the vehicle would be detailed and was filled up with gas. Upon pickup the vehicle was clea Process was okay. Purchased a bunch of extras and were told the vehicle would be detailed and was filled up with gas. Upon pickup the vehicle was clean but only minimally. Key battery was almost dead. Gas was only half full. Called to ask about it and will clean and replace key battery when brought in for service installation next week but said they only half full gas for used vehicles. We were told it was “filled” up not just half and would not offer to do anything about it. Felt deceptive and unwillingly to do anything about something so easy to fix especially when we purchased so any extras and options. Don’t think I would go back again based on this experience. Maybe a different dealership but not this one More

A simple oil change not so simple. Had "oil change" on Wednesday. Got a call 5 minutes after leaving dealer. "Our service tech forgot to put your oil cap back on." Turned around and Had "oil change" on Wednesday. Got a call 5 minutes after leaving dealer. "Our service tech forgot to put your oil cap back on." Turned around and went back for oil cap. Got oil cap and free oil change coupon. Some oil splatter in engine bay but not to bad. A few dayd later my vehicle started running bad misfiring and engine light flashing. Stopped and checked oil level. About 2 inches over the full line! Oil looked dark brown like old oil. Called dealer and brought back for recheck. Dealer busy so i got a loaner. Dealer changed oil agian. They said it was overfilled bit did not know by how much. Vehicle running fine now. Concerned if any long term damage created by overfill. I dont think oil was drained and oil added on top of original oil. There is a reason they stamp DO NOT OVERFILL on dipstick. Dealer wS nice enough to do full detail on outside and inside of vehicle as well as engine bay. Confidence is lost tho. More

I was comfortable in the waiting area I was treated great by people that worked there. Since my warranty is up, I don’t think I will be coming back for service as the parts and labor are w I was treated great by people that worked there. More
