Luther does what they say they will do Brought in a Pilot for an airbag recall that Luther notified us of. They completed the timely and did what they said they woukd do. They also did an inspection of the vehicle and tried to get us to do more, whicjmh we declined. My only disappointment was that they didn't wash the vehicle upon returning it to us. The Ford dealer in Saint Cloud always does that and I have come to expect it from dealers. More

C'mon man-$$$$ for a rear break job! I take my Honda that was bought at Pouquet Auto in Mpls to you all the time. Overall for about 10 years the service has been really good. Last time in I take my Honda that was bought at Pouquet Auto in Mpls to you all the time. Overall for about 10 years the service has been really good. Last time in your advisor and techs did a good job of getting my car ready for Winter. We knew there was probably a rear brake problem. There certainly was one. I was quoted between $800 and $900 to do the job that day on a Saturday, if I choose too. It was too high a quote and I did not have time anyways. I finally had a place in Big Lake do it for $565 bucks and they were guilty of an Advertising Bait and Switch in which they advertised in local Sherburne and Wright county papers a "$59.95 Brake Special", what a bunch of xxxxxxxx. Why are you and them charging so xxxxxxx much money on these Brake jobs? Plus, history shows that the 2007 Honda Accord while being overall a great car has a know Brake issue! C'mon Man! Anyways, Overall very good service, But, the brake thing is outrageious. Thanks for the time! Michael J. Voll More
