I called at 4:30 on a Friday when my Pilot was acting up and was a little worried that the person I spoke with Have always had amazing service here. I called at 4:30 on a Friday when my Pilot was acting up and was a little worried that the person I spoke with said they could help me if I was able to get there in 10 minutes. 30 mins later I drove in (fastest I could get there) and I was greeted with a welcoming smile and “no problem!” attitude. Although they could not check out my car right away they hooked me up with an amazing spare vehicle for the weekend and I didn’t have to change my weekend plans! Of course my happiness with the entire experience had a lot to do with the fact that my extended warranty covered everything; but I will buy my future vehicles here because I know they have the best vehicle service dept hands down! More

The waiting area is excellent and that’s all that can be said! (I do think the layout of the service desks area might be improved, maybe a clearly marked waiting line, or more space between the garage wall and the desks?) More
