Oil change but left oil inside my van...had good snacks thou The service center is comfortable with fresh coffee, drinks and snacks. However, service tech left oil marks on my seat and door. If I had cloth interior it would have left stains. Someone wiped it down but no discount for future service was offered which is what I felt would ensure I return as a future customer.
