Not the best purchase experience I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and didn't need financing through Luther ( I was planning on writing a check). I test drive the two preferred vehicles you had to offer in my price range. Within 45 minutes of coming in I made my decision. I had to wait almost two hours to complete the purchase $35,000.00. The vehicle did not have floor mats. The sales man said he could get me floor mats. It wasn't until the next day when I was cleaning (yes I said cleaning) the vehicle that I noticed he did not give me the third row seat mats. The reason I had to clean the vehicle is because the interior detail and cleaning job was terrible. The detail techs were asked to come out several times when additional things were pointed out. I just decided that this service was of poor quality and I would have to clean this vehicle when I got it home. I had to dump the water and get new water before finishing cleaning the surfaces. I have taken photos and would be happy to pass them on of anyone is interested. More
