Well initially dealt with Keith about electrical problems then Casey during my visit. Primary problem was new battery drained X2. Second issue was on/off right turn and Kane change camera. Cause of sho then Casey during my visit. Primary problem was new battery drained X2. Second issue was on/off right turn and Kane change camera. Cause of short not found and the Accord was test started at Luther three times w/o problems . However the Camera issue remains. Casey notified. I will gave to bring it back. Rental. And service costs were paid. More

Poorly inspected. On my first oil change, found neither cabin or air filter had been changed. Both filthy. Looked like they had not been changed since factory installed then. they asked me if I replaced a cabin or air filter had been changed. Both filthy. Looked like they had not been changed since factory installed then. they asked me if I replaced a tire, l said no. so one new tire had been replaced should have been all four tires for all wheel drive. Don’t know who replaced one new tire but that should have been found at there inspection. I should have been told. Could be reason my tire pressure light keeps coming on a lot. Called about tire pressure light and didn’t get a very good explanation. They basically thought I was stupid. Water spots on vehicle that they could not remove. Was due to their sprinkler system when they watered the lawn. I would highly not recommend there detailing and service departments. More

Not real happy. Spent $700 to get a noise under my hood diagnosed & repaired. Replaced a a/c bearing. Noise persisted. Brought it back. Missed diagnosed. Replaced the timing belt. (No charge), but that wou diagnosed & repaired. Replaced a a/c bearing. Noise persisted. Brought it back. Missed diagnosed. Replaced the timing belt. (No charge), but that would have only cost $160. Do I do spent about $540 more than if they would have done it right the first time. No refund. Still makes the noise, but just not as bad. Now what? More
