I was charged twice for replacing a light bulb. I was in for an oil change a while ago and asked them to replace my passenger side amber bulb next to the headlight. I pointed the bulb out to the pe I was in for an oil change a while ago and asked them to replace my passenger side amber bulb next to the headlight. I pointed the bulb out to the person checking me in. After paying for the bulb replacement and the oil change, I got home and noticed that the bulb was still out. When I came back in for another oil change this past weekend, I explained this to the person checking me in. He called the service manager and he stated that if it would've been less time that had passed they would've changed it no charge. I had already paid for it and was then charged again. Considering how overpriced your service is I would think that you'd try to make up for that with decent customer service. This is clearly not the case! I'm very disappointed!! Also, you used to offer rides when someone was having their car serviced. I asked for this and was told that they don't have drivers on weekends. More
