The service writer did not show interest or concern for our issues with our new truck. He did not update us, returned only 1 call over the 8 days they had our truck. I scheduled a time to get some recall work done. This was after my service appointment from my previous weeks appointment to rotate tires and oil change. Once contact was made with the agent, he was very prompt and courteous. I was told it would be at least 2.5 hrs. I inquired why and no answer was provided. The two recall items took approximately 1.5 hrs+ to complete. Note the invoice says a little over an hour, but I was not contacted by anyone until approximately 15:35. It seemed like a long to me, to know I was coming, have the parts available and plug and play, but more importantly, the car was finished and just sat for nearly 30minutes before advising it was finished.
