I had the same advisor the last 2 times there (for the same problem). She was late for both appointments and the appointment started with someone filling in for her. On the last visit, she said that unless the problem occurred while they were driving the car, there was nothing they could do. In essence, just gave up. I finally took the vehicle to another Chevy dealer and they diagnosed the problem before lunch. $100 part. More

First service center I have been to that had to back out multiple cars on several occasions. It was my first service so It was not clear that a separate express line was available for my service.
