I took my 2025 Corvette with 900 miles in to replace a pealing Corvette wheel cap on my left front wheel. They had to remove the wheel. When I got home to detail the car. The technician put a ding in the pealing Corvette wheel cap on my left front wheel. They had to remove the wheel. When I got home to detail the car. The technician put a ding in the middle of my driver's door. I drove back to speak to Larry the service manager and he said since my Corvette is fiberglass you cannot do a paint less dent repair and the whole door will have to be repainted and bondo on the dent. He said the paint would not match and it would look worse. No apology for the damage or nothing. He recommended not doing anything to it. He said to call back next week when the service director comes back to talk to him. I will wait and see what happens. I will contact Chevrolet corporate on this if they cannot repair as good as new. I waited 4 months for my car to be built and some careless service technician to damage my car and then not report it to management. I had to find it my self when I detail my car. I have had a good experience previously on my Corvette with them but this is unacceptable. More
