Problem not resolved. During starting, all power acts as being shorted out. Starter hesitates, then slowly tries to turn over. I am afraid that "next time" it will not start. Since Bat is good & terminals being shorted out. Starter hesitates, then slowly tries to turn over. I am afraid that "next time" it will not start.
