My oil change appointment that was supposed to be about 1-1/2 hours was 3 hours. I went to lunch and No one called me that car was ready and to discuss problems with car. An issue I would’ve wanted address 1-1/2 hours was 3 hours. I went to lunch and No one called me that car was ready and to discuss problems with car. I come from Lincoln for my service and my prior oil service went so far over I was given rental and had to come back the next day. More

I have had great service in the past. The last 2 visits have left me disappointed due to lack of communication from my Service Advisors. Approx. 6 hours (4:12 PM) after my car check in (10:11 AM, I arri have left me disappointed due to lack of communication from my Service Advisors. Approx. 6 hours (4:12 PM) after my car check in (10:11 AM, I arrived on time for my 10:00 AM appt.),I had not received a call from my Service Advisor, Karina Gonzalez so I called her but she was not available. At 4:47 PM, Service Advisor Gonzalez called me to tell me that my car was out for a test drive and that the car would be back in 10 minutes and would be ready for pick up and that the Service Department closed at 5:30 pm and that since I had a loaner car that I could pick up the car the next day. I told her that I was leaving my home and would be there to pick up my car and I arrived at 5:15 pm. I am happy was was able to get there safely and before closing but I probably wont leave my car or use the same Service Advisor. More

I drive about 50 miles to take my Sienna to Maita - they are that good! This time it was worth noting that I authorized replacing the cabin and engine air filters if necessary.
