I took my 2018 Toyota Rav 4 and it seemed to me the service advisor doesn’t understand what is ware&tare and heating up of brakes. Initially they said all was normal after they checked it up but I had service advisor doesn’t understand what is ware&tare and heating up of brakes. Initially they said all was normal after they checked it up but I had to find the defect for them. They charged me for checking and later when I rapiers my vehicle it seemed they they didn’t even opened it up. I understand ware & take not covered however heating up should had been investigated under warranty and repaired accordingly. Extended warrantee bought by me from Toyota a waste of money. More
Replaced our Highlander with a new 2018 Rav4 from this dealer, serviced there every 6-months. noticed an oil leak coming from the filter housing today. The last service the tech left out the o-rings and o dealer, serviced there every 6-months. noticed an oil leak coming from the filter housing today. The last service the tech left out the o-rings and over tightened the housing (probably to stop the leakage). Called the service department, receptionist forwarded my concern to the service writer (said he would call me back) she also said I didn't have an appointment so they wouldn't repair it this day. Well no return call and no one there seems to care, so I go to my local Toyota dealer and buy a filter, housing and oil and repair it myself. Customer service is dead here, they only care about sales and profit. Stay away and buy elsewhere after researching reviews for the dealer. I will sell this Rav4 and buy a non-Toyota vehicle. We could have been stranded in the middle of no-where with a blown motor, our extended warranty would have been useless..Very Sad what they have become More

The main problem I went for was not addressed but they up sold me on 2 other things and tried for a 3rd. Got my battery tested and it failed so I got a new battery. I complained about the remote when I came in. When I got home. The remote still didn’t work.
