I received very friendly and attentive service. I needed 3 new tires and the service manager included a 4th for no extra charge as it was part of a package deal. Got my battery tested and it failed so I got a new battery. I complained about the remote when I came in. When I got home. The remote still didn’t work. The main problem I went for was not addressed but they up sold me on 2 other things and tried for a 3rd. I bought my wheels from Costco, and I have them rotated there for free. For some reason, Maita Toyota does not offer the oil change only package. Instead, the minimum package you can buy is an oil change w there for free. For some reason, Maita Toyota does not offer the oil change only package. Instead, the minimum package you can buy is an oil change with a tire rotation, which is $69.99. This doesn't work for me because obviously I am not going to pay $69.99 for an oil change. I can get an oil change for much less from Jiffy Lube or Midas. What value does Maita offer that's worth $69.99 versus their competitors? I don't see it. Not a good value and I won't be coming back unless I need to repair something. More

Prices went way up, and service was ok, had truck 7 hours for oil change and A/C check. Then wanted 800$ to fix a 4.95$ house and recharge with 134. I got it done for 110.00. Disappointed that first service was incomplete and had to come back a week later. Technician forgot to put gasket during oil change, and caused oil to leak on garage floor. And I got different stories on the condition of the tires. Lots of back and forth. Appreciated they tried to make things right, but it was a hassle. Wish they had the expert advisors from years ago — Marlon, Bob, Mark, etc. I don’t think these new advisors know what they are doing. More
