I have had great service in the past. The last 2 visits have left me disappointed due to lack of communication from my Service Advisors. Approx. 6 hours (4:12 PM) after my car check in (10:11 AM, I arri have left me disappointed due to lack of communication from my Service Advisors. Approx. 6 hours (4:12 PM) after my car check in (10:11 AM, I arrived on time for my 10:00 AM appt.),I had not received a call from my Service Advisor, Karina Gonzalez so I called her but she was not available. At 4:47 PM, Service Advisor Gonzalez called me to tell me that my car was out for a test drive and that the car would be back in 10 minutes and would be ready for pick up and that the Service Department closed at 5:30 pm and that since I had a loaner car that I could pick up the car the next day. I told her that I was leaving my home and would be there to pick up my car and I arrived at 5:15 pm. I am happy was was able to get there safely and before closing but I probably wont leave my car or use the same Service Advisor. More
I would recommend it ONLY if they are willing to wait approximately 2 hours for a oil change. I was not happy with the wait. I drive about 50 miles to take my Sienna to Maita - they are that good! This time it was worth noting that I authorized replacing the cabin and engine air filters if necessary. When my car came back from service, the fender had a dent in it. The service advisor promptly acknowledged that the dent had not been present when I'd brought the car in earlier in the day. The service advisor arranged for the body shop to contact me to schedule the car for repair. I had a call from the body shop later in the afternoon, and it was scheduled in the following week. I was provided a loaner car for the two days it took to fix the fender. While I was disappointed to find the fender had been dented, I felt Maita went above and beyond to make it right. More

Visits are usually ok, but this time it was terrible. Had appt for 8am. Service advisor Alex P. asks how he can help today. I tell him I have a maintenance appointment for 8am. His next question is “what are appt for 8am. Service advisor Alex P. asks how he can help today. I tell him I have a maintenance appointment for 8am. His next question is “what are you here for?” I tell him again that I have a maintenance appointment for 8am. His next question: “what time was your appointment?” This was already 2 red flags and I was only in for routine maintenance and I should have know that this guy doesn’t pay attention to his customers. He quoted 1&1/2 hours of time. At 1 hour in (9am) I asked how it was going and told the service advisor Alex about the key lock for the wheels was in the truck bed panels for tire rotation. He brushed me off and said “they know where it is.” Coming up on 3 hours wait time a different service advisor was ready to check me out and says “we did everything except for rotating the tires because they didn’t have the wheel lock.” Janelle was empathetic and acted urgently to help me quickly). I told her that I told Alex 2 hours ago and he said they knew where it was. Janelle also told me that the cabin air filter wasn’t done also so I gave her the key to glove box. Because of this I had to wait an additional hour. I arrived at 7:45 am and didn’t leave until 11:45 am for routine maintenance. I could have received an Uber to go home and do more useful things rather than waiting and searching what was going on with my vehicle. The lack of empathy and urgency from Alex makes me not want to come here again. If you get Alex as a service advisor I would recommend requesting a different person. I might just drive to Elk Grove from now on. This was a terrible experience. More
