Service is below my expectation; the rate should be below the ZERO; I dropped my car today around 7:30 for my regular services. The service supervisor told me I would wait for 3 to 4 hours because they are the ZERO; I dropped my car today around 7:30 for my regular services. The service supervisor told me I would wait for 3 to 4 hours because they are busy. Around 11: 30, he came back, and he told me that they did not touch my car and I have to wait another 3 hours to get my car back, so that's mean my car regular services will take around 7 hours not 3 or 4 hours .and after 4 hours I LEFT AND DID NOT GET MY REGULAR SERVICES, THEY WASTE MY TIME, and this is the 2nd time happened with me. I think you have to pay attention to the service department system if you are busy or don't have enough staff to do the services don't accept or check in the cars and waste our time for nothing. The next day, I went to another Toyota dealership they did all services in less than 2 hours. I bought my car from you, and I was thinking of buying my wife's car; because of your poor customer service, I will not be back, and I already take my business elsewhere, and I will not recommend you to anyone in the future.
