I asked to wash the car and I know it was done however their car washer must not have soap in the machine. Even the windshield did not get clean. It did not distract from the car service. More

Excellent sales experience Went to Maita to lease a new RAV4. Went for test drive and found what we liked and went back to dealership and haggled on numbers for awhile could not Went to Maita to lease a new RAV4. Went for test drive and found what we liked and went back to dealership and haggled on numbers for awhile could not get to were I wanted to be so we looked at another car. Then they came back with numbers for that car and they were almost the same. So I told them I was just going to have to wait I was not going to do something I wasn’t completely comfortable with so they said give us one more try trying to get the payment you need on the RAV4 since that is what you came in for and we want you to leave with that and feeling like you got a good deal and comfortable with your payment. So I said one more try and that’s it if you can’t do it for this price I am going home today with out a vehicle. Needless to say they made it happen. More

Maita had the exact vehicle After many hours with other dealerships wanting to sell me vehicles that didn’t meet my specific desires I found the exact vehicle I wanted at Maita T After many hours with other dealerships wanting to sell me vehicles that didn’t meet my specific desires I found the exact vehicle I wanted at Maita Toyota! Yes, it cost more than the other dealerships offered, but it had everything I wanted and nothing I didn’t. The only disappointment was the initial time it took to drive my new car home: 6 hours from appointment arrival to driving off the lot. Some of that time was well spent as staff demonstrated and explained the car’s operating systems, etc. But waiting for someone to process the extensive paperwork was very slow. All told, Maita staff were all very courteous, attentive and knowledgeable and I am very pleased with my experience. More
