Didn't Start Well But Ended Well I called to report that a brand new tire I purchased had gone flat in my garage when wife was headed for work. I was informed curtly by lady on phone I called to report that a brand new tire I purchased had gone flat in my garage when wife was headed for work. I was informed curtly by lady on phone that I would NOT be provided a replacement if there were punctures on side of tire as well as several other possibilities for non replacement. I was then informed to change my own tire and come over to Maita for tire inspection. This was most upsetting & not reassuring. After changing my tire and driving to Maita, the service rep informed me after tire inspection that my tire would in fact be replaced but that the replacement was on back order & I would be contacted when the tire arrived. Three days later, after repeated calls to the service rep (when I never was able to actually speak to the service rep; I could only leave voice messages or requests for return call), I called another person at Maita & informed him of my plight. Within a half hour from speaking with him, I received a call from Maita's Nicole who informed me quite efficiently and respectfully that my tire was ready. I drove in for the replacement and Nicole continued to serve me with the professionalism, courtesy & efficiency that I had come to expect after more than 10 years of doing business with Maita. More

The young lady who answered the phone was very courteous and told me that it was OK for me to come in and even told me that the maintenance service did had a "Full House" with appointments that day. When I arrived, I did waited for about 10 - 15 minutes for the next rep (the young lady was not lying...it was a full house!). After that I was introduced to Priscilla. I gave her the details as to what happened earlier that morning and did gave a few more concerns (squealing of front brakes, issues with speed, etc.) She was very professional and friendly and provide me all the information that was to be done to the car. Since it was going to take almost the whole day, she offered transportation (Uber) and she even called back later in the afternoon to advise that the car was ready. More
Oil change multi point inspection Since I have been coming to get my car serviced I have been asked 3 times if I wanted my car washed and I've said yes and it wasn't done, this time I Since I have been coming to get my car serviced I have been asked 3 times if I wanted my car washed and I've said yes and it wasn't done, this time I asked for it to be washed and they said they would but it was a touchless wash which I was ok with, again when I went to the car it wasn't washed. If your too busy or can't do it don't offer it, just say so, it's a big disappointment and I would understand it your too busy and I wouldn't be disppointed when I get out to my car to see it covered in dirt and dust. More

Wait time was excessive It took about 20 minutes of waiting in my car before I was greeted. The simple routine service of oil change and tire rotation normally takes about an hour but took more than 2 hours on my appointment. I think Maita booked way too many appointments for the day. I was told at checkout that as of noon 205 vehicles had been serviced and that a typical full day averaged about 250 vehicles. Marlon Nonog, as always, did an excellent job as my service rep. I always request him when making an appointment. More
Service Visit Dropped my car off the night before using the envelopes provided. Received a text the next morning telling me they were on the job. A LONG TIME Been going there for years. First time I have ever had to wait 2 and a half hours for a routine maintenance that as usual was estimated at an hour and Been going there for years. Routine service took way too long. I was told my service would take about one and an half hour. From check-in to getting in car took 2 and3/4 hours. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
