Long wait for a scheduled appt. Andrew was great wasn’t his fault that my car might need new brakes and tires soon... even though I only bought the car 3 months ago. When I pulled up Andrew was great wasn’t his fault that my car might need new brakes and tires soon... even though I only bought the car 3 months ago. When I pulled up I was the third car in line and no one acknowledged me and I was a good 15 minutes. They offered a free car wash but then didn’t do it so I had to ask again and wait even longer to get that. and I choose to do the tire rotation but didn’t know it would be a 25 dollar charge until Andrew told me. So for only having the car 3 months I feel a little sad I will need new tires so soon, next 5,000 miles. I will have spent more money on this car this year then I did my 97 Cadillac I had for 3 years. so Andrew again great easy to talk to and listened to me vent. Just feel like the car I received could have been a little more upfront with what could be wrong with it. I didn’t think to ask because it was new and only had 17,000 miles. I also didn’t receive a full tank of gas when bought it, literally the gas light came on driving the car off the lot and I was missing the rear floor mat. Little things that matter when you by a 18,000 car that I will pay 30,000 for. but you asked me to do the survey so I answered honestly. More

Took longer than expected. Arrived at the service area, parked my car and I was just going to throw some trash in the garbage when a young guy assisting a customer ahead of me r Arrived at the service area, parked my car and I was just going to throw some trash in the garbage when a young guy assisting a customer ahead of me rudely said, "Stay in your car!" Not very welcoming. Waiting area was nice. Had to wait an extra 20 min. due to filter that needed replacement. A text message was sent which I did not see immediately. No one approached to let me know and I was just at the waiting area. There's room for improvement... More
Worth an hours drive! I have had 3 Toyota vehicles and have dealt with a few dealerships for service but Maita Toyota was the best so far! Excellent service, quickly done, kind and respectful, didn't try to get me to pay for unnecessary stuff. The only thing that could make it better is if they had a kid room where parents with kids could wait with a TV on kids stuff and some basic toys. More
