All was good and dandy until they asked me to come in about a couple of days later. They lied to me daying ive gotten a better rate, come to find out a letter came in the mail saying turn in the car immediately because I wasnt financed. I left the dealer in the car because they said I was financed.....?😒. Not only did they not even consider what I wanted or wanted to put down. They found me what they wanted to give me. Made it seem like it was the steal of the year, but later on not even 1 month my check engine light comes on with manifold problems......they have me NO warranty and expect me to give great results.......SMH!!! I advice most or even all people to look at different options if you jave credit problems you get poor credit results. I give them 0 stars and two 👎👎. Thanks MAITA. More

Maita understands my financial issues and helps me prevent the problems before they become too pricy. They are willing to order the parts for me right away and get them in quick so my car doesn't have to stay there too long. I look forward to having my car fixed by them because I know they stand behind their work and are reliable. More

Took tech Chris out to recreate the noises and he agreed it was coming from the sunroof area. Service writer Bryce wrote the work order and we showed him our warranty plan from another company (we purchased the vehicle used) and he followed up on it. Turns out the warranty company denied the claim as "rattles are not covered". Bryce went the extra mile and submitted the claim to Toyota HQ to see if the sunroof could get fixed as a "good will" gesture. We were in the process of appealing the warranty company's denial of our claim when Bryce notified us that Toyota would cover the costs of the replacement of the sunroof frame. Can't thank Bryce and Toyota enough for backing up their products!!!! FYI ... 2 Toyota family, the Rav4 and a 2017 Tacoma More

There was A LOT o I came in for my 5000 miles inspection. It was a Saturday and even though I had an appointment, I knew there was going to be a wait. There was A LOT of people there. Terrence said that it was going to be about an hour to 90 minute for my car to be done. I went to brunch and before I even ordered my food, Terrence called me and said my car was done. I think that was about 45 minutes. I appreciate the fast service! More
Quick and simple The service was incredible and straight forward. All of the employees were kind. If there was a problem, they were able to fix it quickly. The service was incredible and straight forward. All of the employees were kind. If there was a problem, they were able to fix it quickly. More
Service went down drastically since our last purchase This rating is based on my most recent visit to the Sales Department when looking for a new vehicle. We had been loyal Maita customers since 2007. This rating is based on my most recent visit to the Sales Department when looking for a new vehicle. We had been loyal Maita customers since 2007. We purchased our first new car from this dealer and three more followed since. We needed to make a purchase in a short time to replace a stolen car and were trying to avoid any haggle (we weren't in the mood for that). Once we narrowed it down to the model and features we wanted, we noticed a decay of customer service when it came down to finalizing the paperwork. There was a lot of withheld information on available rebates and discounts, and unnecessary back and forth on pricing. In the end, after spending most of the day at Maita, the vehicle we were looking to purchase was sold under us and we decided to go to a different dealer. This was after attempting to start all over with other vehicles they had on the lot the following days. We left messages and sent e-mails with no response. I don't blame the employees, which is why I don't mention any names. It seems to me like this is the new culture at the dealership and not necessarily their doing. Not happy about it, especially since this means I had to do more research and take my business elsewhere (longer drive to have the service I expect when spending a decent amount with a company). It was night and day at the other dealership. It only took us over three hours to have everything finalized from the moment we walked in (made an appointment online). They were even able to give us the rebates advertised in Toyota.com that Maita employees told us we did not qualify for or that they were no longer available. Overall we would've missed out on $1,250 on rebates and spent a couple hundred more on the alarm system had we done business at Maita. On another (positive) note, the service department is always quick and efficient. They know what they're doing and are always courteous. More
