Service I took my Prius in for the 90,000 mile service. The whole process was confusing. I drove up to a maintenance lane, waited in my car for 10 minutes u I took my Prius in for the 90,000 mile service. The whole process was confusing. I drove up to a maintenance lane, waited in my car for 10 minutes until someone was able to assist me, then I went inside and waited for someone else to assist me. The men outside were very nice and courteous. Inside, the people were unfriendly and acted like they were doing me a service. When I picked up the car, the glovebox was not attached and all the wires were exposed. The after hours people were very nice. But, I had to come back in the next day to have it attached. Again, the process was confusing. I walked up to valet counter, and explained that my glove box needed to be put back on. She acted very inconvenienced to find someone to help me. The representative also acted inconvenienced listening to me and then finding someone to reattach the glovebox. Neither of these two apologized for me having to come back in for an oversight on their part. The service technician who placed the glovebox back on was very apologetic and nice. I don't know if all the work was completed on the services. More

Routine Toyota Care Service I've been dealing with Mai ta Toyota since 1994. I've always received excellent service when my cars needed service. I've never had anyone try to sale pitch me and they have always been up front regarding any and all maintenance needed at that time or what I may need to consider for future services. With that said, the service rep that I've dealt with since 1994 was Steve Morris. Always treated me with respect, given the knowledge I already have of my cars when it came to any problems. I respect the fact that your service repairs agent never tried to dupe me. You have good people working for Maita Toyota of Sacramento. As long as you keep that up, you will always have my business.
