Excellent Customer Service-Sales Both sales person and his manager were very supportive helped me find the car i wanted and offered to match my offer from other dealers that I had thr Both sales person and his manager were very supportive helped me find the car i wanted and offered to match my offer from other dealers that I had through perks at work. I also purchased a KARR Security system on the sameday as i purchased my vehicle but it took couple weeks to install and was not told what version was sold and what version was installed. I would suggest to improve service section specially when a package is offered wuth new vehicle needs to be specified which version in how long with what benefits will be installed other than that I would say keep the good work. Nice people, bad service When we first walked in it was to see if we even qualified for a loan. They found a bank willing to work with us. We had one car to choose from or not When we first walked in it was to see if we even qualified for a loan. They found a bank willing to work with us. We had one car to choose from or nothing at all. Wasn't offered a test drive. The first night the dash lights didn't come on. Scheduled an appointment for the following week. The next day started noticing issues with the transmission, mentioned it when we took the car in. Turns out they tried to sell us an "as is" car without driving it that had issues that would've been noticed had it been checked and driven properly. Now I gave them $200 of our $2000 down payment that first day to lock in the loan rate. That was every penny we had until the first of the month. We now don't have a vehicle that works properly and still don't have the vehicle we are purchasing. We also have no food for us because the vehicle I have to use while The new car is in The shop had a battery problem. Had to put resources out that we do not have. The customer service in the service department is awful. I can't answer my phone while I'm on the floor at my job. Requested a voicemail left with an update on what's going on. I had to call back 3 times just to have them leave a message instead of calling and hanging up. Which one time I answered the phone and got hung up on because it rang to long. Wish I never gave my last $200. Feels like we got screwed over with a lemon. Forgot to mention the blue book value is $2000 less then the advertised price. More
