I was satisfied overall with the purchase of my new Prius and the car itself is great. The process, however, seemed endless and took seven hours. The paperwork is tedious and our salesperson kept telling us, "Just another five minutes." But each "five minute" turned into hours. I know it's a meticulous process and does take time--but seven hours? Our salesperson was cheerful and had some helpful suggestions, but did not have answers to some of our questions. Still, overall, I am pleased. More
