Great service experience as usual I made an appointment for the 5,000 mile service and happened to look at my service records right before the appointment and realized I should have sc I made an appointment for the 5,000 mile service and happened to look at my service records right before the appointment and realized I should have scheduled a 24-month major service. I figured the service department wouldn't be able to change it because they'd have scheduled a much shorter amount of time for the 5,000 mile minimum maintenance. So I decided waiting until the next service interval for the major maintenance wouldn't be that big a deal. But while I was talking to the service technician when I arrived for my appointment, I mentioned my mistake and he switched me to the 24-month service. What a relief. Everyone is always helpful and accommodating at this service center. I live in Elk Grove and I've been bringing my Toyotas to the dealership on Auburn Boulevard in Sacramento for service since I bought my first one 30 years ago. Everyone there is also very pleasant and easy to talk to. I can't recommend these people enough. More

Every van we looked at had a dead battery but he didn’t get frazzled and took care of things immediately. Sat us down and listened to what we wanted. I would say one thing is I would have preferred dealing with Rick through the process the entire time. When his (closer) Ron came in the conversations was heated a couple times. We felt like leaving but we liked Rick enough to stay. If I’m in the market anytime soon or have anyone looking to buy a car I would send them to Rick. More

Multi point vehicle inspection Purchased a new battery at Firestone on a Sunday night one week before coming to Toyota. Firestone stated engine lite on and cabin filter very bad. I was not going to let them do anything-just battery. Didn't need that which created worry for me so went into Toyota to double check. Firestone obviously trying to drum up business. My car was fine and I appreciate the time and effort for my concern. More
Over all I had a great experience at Maita Toyota I came in with my brand new 2018 Tacoma.. I had just bought it in February... it’s now September and my battery wasn’t holding charge... I had to keep I came in with my brand new 2018 Tacoma.. I had just bought it in February... it’s now September and my battery wasn’t holding charge... I had to keep jumping starting in order to turn on... I came in to ask for an appointment by which the guy greeted me very well and even apologized for having that trouble so recently after purchasing my vehicle..... long story short he ended putting me at the top of the list and said he would take care of it as soon as possible... I was more than pleased since I was just asking for an appointment but he mentioned I probably shouldn’t wait on an issue like that..... he was even able to uber me Home and called me back within 2-3 hours telling me it was just a faulty battery and they got it done and fixed.... over all I was beyond pleased and had an amazing experience..... would recommend 10/10 More

Just bought my new Rav4 here and the sales lady who assiste I've been taking my Toyota here for over 10 years and have always received great service. Just bought my new Rav4 here and the sales lady who assisted me was very good and attentive to my needs. The closers are friendly but still, they are closers and try to make the extra sales pitch, but no pressure was applied. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will continue to use Maita for service. Highly recommend. More

Priscilla was very professional and informative in explaining what was recommended in the maintenance package and what my options were. Midway through the service, Priscilla informed me that they had discovered a leaking water pump that needed to be replaced. Again, she informed me of my options and the estimated price. Since it would take a few hours, I used the new Uber shuttle service - very fast and convenient. Priscilla called me when my car was ready, and sent Uber to pick me up. Overall, another very good experience at Maita! I have consistently used Maita and am very pleased with the staff and service. More
Pencil whippers Went for a simple oil change. That was accomplished OK, (after an hour and a half). I was rewarded with several pages of what was (done ? ? ? ) or n Went for a simple oil change. That was accomplished OK, (after an hour and a half). I was rewarded with several pages of what was (done ? ? ? ) or needed to be done. What really makes me mad is when someone "pencil whips" the paperwork (especially at a car dealer ship), and writes that something needs to be replaced (which in this case, I had looked at the item a week before and knew it was totally serviceable) and they tell me it needs to be replaced. Furthermore, the item requires some "work" to get to, (just to inspect it) and I could see that that process was NOT even attempted. Now, when I find that people are purposely lying to me, I begin to expect that possibly other items weren't taken care of as they say they were. From prior visits I found that they wrote that fluids were topped off, when in fact in checked them the next day and they were low. Trust isn't what I can say I have regarding the serve personnel here after these incidences. More
