Pleasantly surprised I had visited Maita many years ago and at that time didn't appreciate whatsoever their attitude or approach and to be quite honest I had no desire to I had visited Maita many years ago and at that time didn't appreciate whatsoever their attitude or approach and to be quite honest I had no desire to return. I asked my assistant to shop for a Toyota Tacoma for me, I needed two for my company and he contacted several including Maita, all were very professional but he described to me that Maita stood out, especially Roland in the internet sales department, very professional and knowledgeable. Several days later I went in to finalize the purchase and to personally meet Roland, Carlos and Shane they, along with a few extra staff members I met convinced me that I had made the right choice. A little disappointing I had an oil change performed on 3/13/2018 and Ryan Griffin was my writer who was fine and friendly. After the work was performed he told me the results would be emailed to me and I said fine knowing nothing was really out of order with vehicle. I get home and sometime later I look at the technicians write up and it says air filter and cabin air filter are dirty. Had I been apprised of this while at Maita Toyota,I probably would have purchased both then and there. The reason for coming in is to have my vehicle serviced. I feel you fell short of the mark by your communication or lack thereof. Now I'm forced to make another trip to either Maita or an auto parts store to purchase said filters. I presume you would rather been the recipient of my purchase? More
