Generally, I received very good service and my time spent there was pleasant. This is consistent with my prior experience. The only down side was it took close to three hours vs. two & it wasn’t even very cr there was pleasant. This is consistent with my prior experience. The only down side was it took close to three hours vs. two & it wasn’t even very crowded. After about 2.5 hours, I hadn’t heard anything & went to the service desk for an update. (I generally get an update while waiting.) At that point everyone was very responsive, & things moved along quickly and well. I still feel your team of people work well together and everyone is professional, helpful and friendly, it’s one of the main reasons I continue to use Maita. The place is also clean and spacious, restrooms well maintained, etc. I also appreciate the little ‘desks’ with chairs you provide; I always bring ‘work’ projects with me so I can use my wait time productively. There were several sales happening and only one person to process them in serial. That aside, though, I feel we were very well-treated, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and I would go there again. More
