Although my service advisor was excellent, it seems that there needs to be some reorganization. Although had an appointment, it took 30 mins to even be checked in. This is why I would avoid Sacramento Maita for service because it takes so long. Other Toyota dealerships I'm out within two hours. Management needs to work on flow. Just to add they did leave a used cabin air filter in my front seat. More

I would not reccommend non appointments to my friends, waited again for 30 min, with no acknoledgement, had to fill out a night drop off at 1030 am, since no one could check me in.
