Although my service advisor was excellent, it seems that there needs to be some reorganization. Although had an appointment, it took 30 mins to even be checked in. There was only one person checking in everyone who had an appointment and there was a line of 3-4 cars waiting. My service was a simple oil change and it took 4 hours with an appointment. This is why I would avoid Sacramento Maita for service because it takes so long. Other Toyota dealerships I'm out within two hours. Management needs to work on flow. Just to add they did leave a used cabin air filter in my front seat. More
