I've always been loyal to Maita Toyota, but I was surprised at how nicely you rewarded that loyalty. When my Avalon's dash symbols misbehaved (probably my fault) you discounted the rental car fee an surprised at how nicely you rewarded that loyalty. When my wife arrived to pick up the car at the promised time and date the maita staff had no idea where her car was or what the car was there for. After waiting 35 minutes the car was finally located. My w time and date the maita staff had no idea where her car was or what the car was there for. One service member told my wife to sit down and wait because the service department was now closed. More
