Maintenance Customer Service I had my car serviced Friday 10/5. When I picked my Highlander up at 3p my lift gate would not open. Service would not look at this on Friday so I had I had my car serviced Friday 10/5. When I picked my Highlander up at 3p my lift gate would not open. Service would not look at this on Friday so I had to schedule a new appointment for Wednesday 10/10. After waiting for over an hour to diagnose the problem it was determined when my car was being serviced FridY one of the technicians had accidentally hit the lift gate button in the glove box to turn off auto lift. This issue could have been resolved on Friday without me having to come back. Not happy with how this issue was handled. More
