Exploitation at its best! Be ware. I took my car in for service and they advised that I would need a diagnosis which cost $150. They later told me that the issue was the starter and I p I took my car in for service and they advised that I would need a diagnosis which cost $150. They later told me that the issue was the starter and I payed $800 for the starter. A couple days later the car was not running. I took it back and now they are telling me that I need to pay another $150 for a diagnosis and the starter warranty will not be covered. How can I be sure the starter was truly the problem? The service helper was not helpful and did not want to take any responsibility. How is it my fault that they missed something? Why should I pay for another diagnosis when they missed something during the diagnosis? What a joke, I feel exploited! Maita Toyota has lost a customer. I do not see Zack Carter's name on the list, but he was not friendly and I did not feel like he tried to help or diffuse the situation at all. More

The rep who helped me out explained everything and was very nice to me and my son who was with me. He offered free coffee and when he needed to tell me anything about my car he came to find me, even though we were all over the place. He was very clear on the price and anything additional that needed to be done. I didn't feel pressured or haggled for anything. He was personable. I will absolutely be going back for future services.
