Great service. I contacted Brian, and explained that I was having difficulty with my KAAR security system. I explained that this was regarding my fantastic 2016 h I contacted Brian, and explained that I was having difficulty with my KAAR security system. I explained that this was regarding my fantastic 2016 highlander, and that The volume of my security system was not adequate, and added that this was the only issue I have at this time. They promptly schedule an appointment with me as soon as possible and not me personally at the service desk. I was encouraged that he assigned one of his best troubleshooters to assist me regarding my issue. Within a half hour my car was ready. This is my fifth Toyota product that I have purchased from Maita Toyota. This type of extra services one of the reasons I continue with Malia, and recommend them highly to friends and family all the time Keep up the good work thanks again Brian More

We were greeted warmly and everyone was so helpful and friendly. The lounge is very comfortable and has a fantastic kid space. We had lunch, which was delicious and reasonably priced. We shopped in their store and watched TV so the longer than expected (3 hour) wait went by quite fast. They explained everything very clearly and gave us all the paperwork, including the CarFax on the vehicle. Super helpful! I would definitely go back if I lived in the Sacramento area! The prices are fair, and you feel so confident about the quality of the work being done! More

All my questions and concerns were addressed during my visit. Anything promised was delivered which I greatly appreciated. One glitch was that I asked for a car wash but when my car was delivered, it was not washed. Karina went out with me to check and when this was discovered, she immediately took care of getting it washed. I look forward to many years of service until my next new Toyota from Maita! More

rear brake job i dropped my car off at 0810 with tim - he called me at 1000 and said it would be done by noon at the latest - I returned my rental and planned on wai i dropped my car off at 0810 with tim - he called me at 1000 and said it would be done by noon at the latest - I returned my rental and planned on waiting at the dealer - by 1 pm still no car -i called and was told tim was at lunch - it was a little after 1 pm - so I said he should be back by now - the lady told me he got an hour and could I just look to see if he was at his dest - I told her no one was there and I had a 2 pm appt - she checked it out and told me tim went home sick - I ended up having to rent the car again and returned at 3 pm and still no car - no one could tell me what the hold up was - so I had to get the rental again and go home and finally my car was done by 5 pm - very stressful - ended up getting rental car for free but very unsatisfactory experience and felt like the women on the phone was rude and uninformed -someone should have told me tim went home sick and that I had another service advisor - also I had the oil changed the day before and did not get a new sticker elling me when my next oil change is due More

Total service center seemed disorganized. I was not kept informed as to status during a 4 and a half hour service appointment. I had to ask for status update after 3 hours. When told my car was ready no attendant could find it. I had to go out in the pickup area and tell attendant that it was my vehicle. Was given final paperwork and was told I was good to go and I had not yet paid for the service work, then the wrong papers were given to the cashier. All in all I was left tired and frustrated. Hopefully the service work was completed as stated. More
