At other dealers sometimes it has been two hours before they even start working on my car, so this was a pleasant experience. I will be back. More

Quick service with no appointment I was in the dealership for an express lube and they said that my serpentine belt was cracked and should be replaced soon. After reading about it on I was in the dealership for an express lube and they said that my serpentine belt was cracked and should be replaced soon. After reading about it on line I went back two days later with no appointment. I thought I would need a shuttle ride home, etc but they were done in a little over an hour. I bought my car there and have continued to have all work and service done by Maita. More

Worth the wait The staff is professional and trustworthy. The waiting area is spacious and clean. Once inside, I don't mind waiting because it is very comfortable with a variety of seating arrangements - some near the TV, others on couches and chairs. I sat at a table and got some work done. Seemed good, but not sure now I was happy with the greetings and the timely way they helped me. I have problems with my waiting. There is a nice area where the kids can play and I was happy with the greetings and the timely way they helped me. I have problems with my waiting. There is a nice area where the kids can play and it kept them very entertained. So on the outside it all seemed great. However, the next day when I had to access the back of my highlander, I was very surprised to see everything kinda thrown around in the back. I had a dog create and dog supplies. It looked like everything just was tossed back in, things were backwards all askew all over the back of the suv. The way this was done made be ask myself if the service was performed correctly, if the employees were that careless. It is very hard to know since the service was maintenance that was done out of my sight. Poor job guys... It would have taken all of about 20 seconds to do it right and not potentially lose a customer. More
