Maita Toyota - Service Center

Maita has gone downhilll significantly in all facets. Today had 10:00am appointment for simple oil change; departed 1:15pm. Sat for 25 minted in line before the advisor ever showed up. My experience the last 2 times has been pretty bad. I already wrote a review of the last experience so I won't detail that, but this visit was horrible by the time I left. That is perfectly fine. But typically when my vehicle is finished, someone pulls the truck up and hands me my key and I give them paperwork to prove that the truck belongs to me. This time my key was handed to me and I had to go find my truck. When I found it, it was parked facing in a direction that would be violating a one way direction. I checked my mirrors and saw that I could back up and turn around only to find that my truck was parked against 4 cement pillars blocking a fire hydrant. There was no way of me knowing that it was there unless I had walked completely around my vehicle. Now I have a bent bumper. And of course that's my fault, right? Also, I had 150 machined parts in my back seat that I was delivering once my truck was finished. They were thrown all over the floor in the back seat. And no, it wasn't from hitting the cement pillars. The back of the truck would have had to be jacked up over 45 degrees for these to end up on the floor like that, which I highly doubt happened. So I have no Idea how that could have happened unless someone took my truck out for a massive break check. Some may say that hitting the pillar was my fault, but anyone would have done the same thing if they were in this situation. There was no way of knowing the pillars were there unless you were the one that parked the vehicle or if you worked there. Anyway, the only reason I gave this a 2 star rating is because Qerim Racaj was helpful while I was there. More

Brought in my vehicle for an oil change. I was waiting for it and the service adviser gave me an estimate of about 1 1/2 hours.. After 3 hours and no word, I tracked down the service advise I was waiting for it and the service adviser gave me an estimate of about 1 1/2 hours.. After 3 hours and no word, I tracked down the service adviser to check on the status. After about 20 minutes he returned and advised that it would only be another 10 minutes. After almost 4 hours I was able to pay for the service and pick up my vehicle. The least the service adviser could have done was to keep me advised of the status and not have to wonder if it fell into a black hole. This was my second visit. I brought in another vehicle the day before for an oil change and given the 1 1/2 hour estimate. This only took 3 hours with no status updates. More

I expect to receive a ride, both ways when the service is going to take the whole day, but they offered only one way ride.
