I set up an appointment for early one Saturday morning to have my oil changed, and after waiting 2 hours I ask what was the hold up and they said we will work you in. I said why and they tell me the diesel m have my oil changed, and after waiting 2 hours I ask what was the hold up and they said we will work you in. I said why and they tell me the diesel macanic took off and I ask why was I not called to let me know about it where I could reschedule, they did not have an answer. My point is I had a time to be there and I was , so yea I was pissed. I had other plans that day that were all messed up. I’ve been debating on going back to a Duramax because the service has always been good. A person gives 73,000 dollars for a truck he should get good service! More
