Bought a used card with codes (had a independent shop run a check on vehicle)that were not addressed .when I let them know he tells me that they do not check for codes unless the check engine light comes on a check on vehicle)that were not addressed .when I let them know he tells me that they do not check for codes unless the check engine light comes on .Something that takes 15 minutes too .Any ways they tell me they will add coolant and that would fix .Which is not the case .Then they tell me they will email me a 30 day extended warranty .Gary silva was the manager that made false promises and talked to me like we were in the streets very unprofessional.i can not say anything good about this guy (Gary silva)except that he is a snake.everyone else was just his puppet .I don’t even understand how a guy like that holds That position . Purchased a 2016 Honda CRV on Sept. 21, wrote check to purchase car, was told they were having issues with internet but they processed my purchase and was told they would mail me the re 21, wrote check to purchase car, was told they were having issues with internet but they processed my purchase and was told they would mail me the registration, after several days and no registration in the mail, I wrote a review similar to what I am writing today, immediately received a phone call asking me to change my review. After they explained what was going on I did change my review, but also explained to them that the windshield in car was badly pited and was going to have it replaced, was told he would see what he could do. As of yet I have not heard a word. I finally received the registration and the date of purchase is Oct.7 which was mailed from dealership. Nothing has been received from DMV. The check I wrote cleared my bank on Sept. 23rd. I am not happy with what has occurred and would definitely not recommend this dealership. Was very pleased with salesman, Michael Salazar but nothing else. S. Stowe More
