They lost track of my repair part on back order but got back on track and made good on everything as originally stated. They worked as a team to give me a loaner car while my car was in repairs and went ou back on track and made good on everything as originally stated. Not very good service we were waiting 3 hours . And we were pre approved through our credit union. They made us do another application. Which we didn’t even have to do that. The credit union called us and told us that we had two applications so it made it our loan take a lot longer. Confusing And more confusing. They spelt my husband’s name wrong when we gave them the drivers license. I would never buy a vehicle there again not satisfied. Plus, they put the wrong interest rate on the loan. The credit union had to redo the paperwork..! More

I normally have excellent service in the past this time. I was there to pick my car up around noon. No one was working at the Service desk. After waiting for about five minutes, two guys showed up coming fr I was there to pick my car up around noon. No one was working at the Service desk. After waiting for about five minutes, two guys showed up coming from the garage. I thought they were mechanics. One sat down at a service desk. The other stood next to him and they were talking went on for about 5 to 10 minutes. One of them asked me if they could help me as I was sitting in a chair against the windows right in front of them. As he reviewed my paperwork, he said I see that you need windshield wipers. Guess you can do that the next time doesn’t look like rain soon. My expectation is that during the service that the service manager would have called me and asked me if I want to replace the wipers or not I would have said yes because I do not put many miles on my vehicle. I will probably be quite a while before I am in for service again. More
