When David found me walking around the parking lot on a chilly night, he introduced himself as a salesman, and then offered to drive me over to a car he thought I would like. I felt comfortable with him right away, because he is kind, honest and funny. He started the sales pro cess that night and gave me the time to think about it over night. The next day, the sales process went so smoothly. He gave me time to have a rather lengthy conversation with my USAA insurance agent. He introduced me to Ali and then helped me to understand the benefits of an extended warranty. It wasn't long before I drove off in a beautiful car! More
