I would like to commend this dealership on having such an exemplary employee such as Jennifer Crouch. Jennifer was so friendly on the phone when I called about having problems connecting my new phone to m exemplary employee such as Jennifer Crouch. Jennifer was so friendly on the phone when I called about having problems connecting my new phone to my Honda CRV. I was on my way to Santa Rosa anyway, but she said come in any time convenient for me and she would help. I arrived and she immediately assisted me, took about 15 minutes to figure out the problem. Her positive attitude was great!! I was on my in no time to complete my work errands. If everyone offered this kind of customer service, the world would be a better place!!! Sincerely, JB More
