We made an appointment to see a specific car. When we arrived at the appointment, the salesperson was still busy with another customer, so we were unable to really see the car. We decided to purchase the car. Thus began the hours of waiting. Inside, with masks on. The salesperson could not even offer us a bottle of water. I ended up driving to a gas station to buy some. We waited even longer. Still the paperwork wasn't ready. We had to come back a third time to complete the sale. The salesperson was perfectly nice. The car is working out. i just felt like there could have been a lot better communication, hospitality, and respect for our time. More

I was leery at first when Neil approached me via email and asked if I would consider trading in my 2019 Honda CRV for a new 2021 CRV. On the surface it looked like a "deal" to get me in to the dealer and and asked if I would consider trading in my 2019 Honda CRV for a new 2021 CRV. On the surface it looked like a "deal" to get me in to the dealer and then fine out there were many "catches" to the deal. I emailed Neil and stated, that I would only consider the deal it it didn'nt require me to pay any money during the transaction. He assured me I wouldn't and he said it would be a while to find the right vehicle for me. He kept me fully informed over the approx. two month period that passed before he notified me that a new vehicle would be available in a week. I again said I would pass the deal by if any money had to change hands as I only had 4000 miles on my 2019 vehicle and was very happy with it. When Neil notified me that the car was in and that I could come in and arrange to pick it up I arranged to drive to Santa Rosa. I live in San Rafael so it meant driving about an hour each way which didn't bother me unless it was for a fruitless event. When I arrived Neil met me and guided me through the entire process very professionally. He not only assused me there would be no money required, he informed me that my lease would be decreased by $40.00 per month. I drove away a "happy camper". I will surely recommend Manly Honda as a good place to do buisiness and I would also certainly recommend Neil as an upfront and honest salesman. From the moment I pulled up the service began, making sure I knew where to park, taking my information, escorting me in, being acknowledged while in line, and Jose upon seeing me said he would be right with me. I was then escorted to the lounge area while they assessed the vehicle issue and continually updated. I was offered a loaner vehicle, and was out the door for maybe an hour when I got a call that the vehicle was repaired. They simply replaced the radio. Everything was quick, efficient and I felt confident by their professionalism and positive attitudes. Tom Haidet, who was my salesman, walked me through everything, made very practical suggestions, and then followed through every step of the way, with every question and concern, and helped resolve issues with the vehicle itself through the service department. 5 star experience! More
