My original attempt to get service was postponed due to a lack of people willing to work through the pandemic. This time I was able to setup an appointment the next morning at 7:30am. I showed up a little early so not to wait in a huge line. Ron came out, greeted me and immediately took possession of my car. Having to work, I wasn't in a hurry to get my car back that day but Ron assured me he would wait for me to return. I arrived just before they closed that night and found Ron's friendly face with paperwork and keys in hand. I'm sure he wasn't waiting "only" for me but it sure felt like it. Ron gave me a quick rundown on my 30k servicing, pointing out some concerns that would be relevant before my 60k and gave me important information regarding a warranty replacement that is on back order but assuring that my vehicle was completely safe to operate until the part came in. ON MONDAY AUGUST 23, I CALLED TO SET UP A SERVICE VISIT FOR MY HONDA BECAUSE THE DOOR FOR FILLING THE GAS TANK WAS STUCK CLOSED. SUSAN ANSWERED THE PHONE AND SAID JUST BRING IT IN, WE DON'T WANT YOU TO R FOR MY HONDA BECAUSE THE DOOR FOR FILLING THE GAS TANK WAS STUCK CLOSED. SUSAN ANSWERED THE PHONE AND SAID JUST BRING IT IN, WE DON'T WANT YOU TO RUN OUT OF GAS. SO I BROUGHT THE CAR IN AND THERE WAS MICHAEL. HE IMMEDIATELY HELPED ME, POPPING OPEN THE TRUNK, FINDING THE RELEASE LATCH, AND GETTING THE RIGHT TOOL TO UNLOCK THE DOOR, HE SHOWED ME THE PROBLEM AND TOLD ME HOW TO PREVENT IT IN THE FUTURE.
