The very next day I went to look for new car as mine was beyond totaled. I bumped into Scott in parking lot and explained my hardship. We were able to shop all inventory and baught new 2017 dodge journey within 3 days. Total turn around was awesome and very good new begining. We really liked the professional customer service we receiv This was our first visit to this dealership service center. We found them to be excellent. We really liked the professional customer service we received from Jose Rocha. He was clear, efficient, and thorough. When our service took a little longer than expected, Jose kept us informed and explained the reason for the delay. They found the car needed a software update and did that for us on top of installing the trailer hitch. We really like the way the hitch turned out. It is flush with the car so does not present a tripping hazard. Jennifer Crouch was also very easy to work with. She worked efficiently when she gave us a loaner for the day. I think Marybeth who answers the phone in the service department was new. Each time we called, she immediately said she needed to call us back "in 10 minutes." It took much longer. I observed her in person and she had nonstop phone calls to deal with as well as people in person. Perhaps that desk needs more help. More

Good service, but... I have brought our Honda Pilot in for service twice ( parts on back order) and each visit was over $900, yet they can't even manage to wash your vehic I have brought our Honda Pilot in for service twice ( parts on back order) and each visit was over $900, yet they can't even manage to wash your vehicle for you upon pick-up as other dealerships do. The work performed was done as expected, but still...… a courtesy wash goes a long ways towards customer loyalty. When it comes back dirtier than when you dropped it off you just dis-credit the whole job. More
Much Needed Helping Hand My HR-V had a weird electrical malfunction again so I took it in to Honda to see what was wrong, and it had been a rough day for me. Mark, Jennifer, a My HR-V had a weird electrical malfunction again so I took it in to Honda to see what was wrong, and it had been a rough day for me. Mark, Jennifer, and Juan were amazing with all they did for me. I had just had a baby a month ago, and it was my first day back to work full time when this issue happened, and they went above and beyond to get me checked in, a rental prepped and me out the door in time to get back for a meeting I had. Jennifer and Juan were extremely kind, and went so far as to help me get my 4-year-old's career seat out of my car because it just wouldn't budge. They struggled with it but finally got it out. Plus, when I came back to pick up my car after the fix was done, Jennifer was the one to greet me and help get me in the process of switching over, again, including saris frustrating car seat, because I was juggling my newborn and all the car stuff. Plus, she tossed me a few fantastic parenting tricks that I am quite excited to try. It really made my two rough days into good ones because they gave me the much needed helping hand, and they jumped to it automatically without my needing to say anything and it just gave me the ability to take a breath. They were absolutely fantastic and I don't think they realised that the "simple" help they offered made a huge impression and turned my days around. So, thank you!!!! It really meant a lot to have that help. More

Simply an amazing experience I had no choice but to get a new car after getting rear ended at a red light and my vehicle being a total loss. It was very overwhelming but these guys really made it easy. It all started with Ben Steinberg the minute I called in asking for help he got on it right away and made sure any questions I had were answered. When i arrived at manly he was caught up in something and handed me over to Juan Meza who was so kinda and so patient with me (I had many questions) and simply took great care of me. And not to mention Paul Matulich who took care of all of my paperwork and made this process so less stressful. These guys were simply amazing I had a great experience at Manly Honda. And I got an amazing car so it's a Win Win! More
